Yes. Go to your account settings, select Manage Account, and click Close Account. We'll process your request within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before closure. You cannot reopen the same account — you'll need to register again with a new email address.

Click Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within seconds. Click the link, choose a new password, and you're back in the lobby. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact live chat.
